Our professional design team builds your banner for you. Animation is included to guarantee your ad will be noticed. Top Banner Ads are 468 pixels wide by 60 pixels tall. Column Banner Ads are 120 pixels wide by 60 pixels tall. Below is an example of how a column Banner Ad may appear.
Banner Ad options are provided on an availability basis in each of the main Guides (Building, Buying, Exterior, Interior, Services and Utilities) and in each Category (for instance, Architects, Mortgage & Title, Pools & Fountains). There are two types of banner ads... those that appear in the right column, and those that appear across the top of the Guide or Category. There are advantages for ads at both the Guide and Category levels. The main Guides are accessible from anywhere in HillCountryHome.com, including Featured Properties, with broader exposure. Category ads appear where your most finely targeted group will be looking and your banner will appear on every page within that Category. If a Category has 12 pages of listings, your ad will appear on all 12! The space where your banner ad appears is exclusive, which means you'll not be disappointed by finding a rotating competitor in the spot you paid for. These locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. There are a limited number of ads available in each Category and Guide. It's nice to know that our advertisers stay with us for years because they know their ads work!
